Please note that we can only accept orders online via our LERROS online shop. Order acceptance by telephone, e-mail or fax is generally not possible. We will regularly inform you about the current status of your order by e-mail. It is therefore important that you provide a current e-mail address when placing your order in the LERROS online shop.
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail within one hour. If this is not the case, please check whether the message has been automatically moved to your spam folder.
You can also view the status of your orders at any time via your customer account if you have registered online in advance.

Payment in advance
If you send us your order with the payment method "payment in advance", you will then receive an order confirmation with information on the transfer. As soon as we have booked your payment, your order will be processed further and sent to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that your payment must be received in our system within 10 working days at the latest. Otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.
Paypal is an online payment service with which you can pay for your purchases safely, easily and quickly on the Internet. In order to be able to use this service, you must be registered on the PayPal homepage, regardless of the order in the LERROS online shop.
Your bank or credit card details are stored there in your PayPal account. This means that they do not have to be re-entered and sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase.
If you have sent us your order using the "PayPal" payment method, then simply pay with 2 clicks, in which your bank or credit card details are retrieved from PayPal.
Your payment is immediately available, so that your order can be processed immediately and sent to you quickly.
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
You can also conveniently pay for your order by credit card - the LERROS online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
In order to ensure the highest possible security and to protect your personal data optimally, the entire checkout area of the LERROS online shop is equipped with the latest security technology (SSL encryption).
When entering your credit card data, please pay particular attention to the correct entry of your card number, the period of validity and the verification code.
For additional protection of your transaction, we provide you with the 3D Secure security procedure . To prevent card misuse, an input window opens during the payment process in which you must enter your personal security code. Since this code is only known to you, 3D Secure ensures that the payer is actually the legitimate cardholder.
3D Secure is a new technology to make credit card payments on the Internet even safer for you and for us as a retailer. Visa calls this procedure »Verified by Visa«, MasterCard calls it "MasterCard SecureCode".
When you send your order, the invoice amount will be reserved on your credit card (so-called authorization) and your order will be processed immediately. Your credit card will not actually be charged until we ship the goods to you.
In cooperation with our partner Klarna, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. When paying with Klarna, you do not have to provide any account details and you only pay when you have received the goods. Your data will be checked by Klarna during the ordering process. For security reasons, you will also be asked to provide your date of birth and a telephone number where you can be reached if you have any questions.
Please note the following: When paying on account via Klarna, delivery is only possible to a private address within Germany. The billing address and delivery address must also be identical. If you would like delivery to an alternative address, company address or packing station, please select another payment option. We ask for your understanding.

In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, and have the Apple Pay function activated , identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
If you have received a voucher code (e.g. by registering for our newsletter), please enter it in the field provided during the ordering process. The value of the voucher will be deducted immediately from your invoice amount.
A voucher code can no longer be redeemed in this order after you have sent your order. However, the validity of the voucher code remains (in the specified promotional period) until it is redeemed. Only 1 voucher code can be redeemed per order.
In the case of a partial return, the value of the voucher will be charged as a percentage. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
Your order will be delivered to you by our shipping partner DHL.
If your parcel deliverer does not meet you in person and delivery to other people in your household or to neighbors is also not possible, you will find a notification card in your mailbox. Your package will then be held for you at the nearest post office. You can pick it up there within 7 working days.
The delivery time of a package within Germany is usually 2 - 5 working days.
The delivery time for orders outside of Germany may vary.
For standard shipping within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €4.99 for goods with a value of less than €99. Shipping within Germany with a value of goods over 99 € is free of charge.
The following table shows the proportion of shipping costs for orders outside of Germany.
You can also have your LERROS shipments conveniently and easily delivered to a Packstation within Germany. To do this, enter a valid packing station including your post number as the shipping address. Please note that your home address must always be given as the billing address.

We currently only deliver to addresses within Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.
Please note different delivery costs and payment methods for deliveries outside of Germany.
Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible for logistical reasons.
Return and Refund
Your satisfaction is important to us! You can of course return the items you have ordered to us within 30 days free of charge and without giving a reason. This also applies to reduced goods or when returning parts of the order.
The goods are returned via our shipping partner DHL. Simply create a return label via our LERROS returns portal .

Please ensure that any items you do not wish to keep are returned to us undamaged. This means that only items with the original tags, in the original packaging and in a condition such as after a fitting in the store can be taken back.
We will email you the status of your return once we have received and processed it.
The amount will be charged pro rata and refunded to the account provided at the time of payment and according to the selected payment method.
1. Access to the portal
The following link gives you access to our LERROS returns portal . There you can view your order by providing your order number, e.g. #1234, and email address (e.g. email@example.com).
2. Reasons for returns
We would also like to continually improve for you and therefore ask you to let us know the reason for your return. To do this, you can simply use the options provided or give us further reasons in the free text field.
3. Download return label
After you have confirmed the return, you can download your return label or QR code with one click. You will also receive your returns label by email as a PDF.
4. Problems registering with the returns portal If you have problems registering with the returns portal, please check whether you have entered the correct email address. You must always enter the email address that you used to place the order.
Since our local retailers and the LERROS online shop work independently of each other, it is unfortunately not possible to return items that you have purchased in the retail store. Likewise, you cannot exchange your items purchased via the e-shop at one of our local dealers, but only by returning your order by post.
If you have already paid for returned goods by credit card, advance payment or invoice, the corresponding value of the goods will be refunded to your account as soon as your return has been processed.
When paying via PayPal, please note that the amount will automatically be credited back to your PayPal account.
Your advantages as an online customer
As a registered customer, your purchase in the LERROS online shop will be even easier, faster and more convenient!
You simply log into your customer account with your e-mail address and your personal password. You only enter your address data once when registering. After that, they are already stored for you on the order page every time you log in.
You can also check the status of your current order in your customer account at any time. Previous orders also remain saved in your customer account and can be called up again and again, which is not possible when ordering as a guest.
You can register for our newsletter at any time - even if you do not yet have an existing customer account!
In our newsletter you will be regularly informed about promotions, new releases or selected special offers and you can secure bargains early.
