FASHION NEEDS AWARENESS
OUR MATERIALS
That is why we are increasingly using raw materials that are grown according to strictly defined environmental criteria. Or use innovative synthetic fibers that have a significantly better environmental footprint than traditional materials. To preserve nature, conserve valuable resources – and for the well-being of producers and workers.
THIS IS OUR GOAL FOR TOMORROW'S WORLD:
A LITTLE BETTER EVERY DAY.
We realize that we still have a long way to go. But every contribution, big or small, brings us a little closer to our goal. We work on this every day – and we haven't just started doing so yesterday.
WATER & ENERGY

This specific Jeanologia label rates the water and energy consumption associated with the industrial washing of our jeans.
BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE (BCI)
BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE (BCI)
LERROS sources cotton through the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI).
Our cotton comes from the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) program, which promotes more environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices. Through BCI, we help farmers reduce their use of water, pesticides, and chemicals and improve soil quality.

VEGAN DOWN ALTERNATIVE
VEGAN DOWN ALTERNATIVE
For our jackets, we use SUSTANS, an innovative filling material made from renewable resources. This animal- and eco-friendly alternative to conventional filling materials not only offers exceptional comfort but also a better environmental footprint.
TRANSPORT / By planning our collections well in advance, we are able to ship 90% of our goods from the countries of origin by sea. This allows us to avoid CO2-intensive air transport.
PACKAGING / We are constantly reducing the amount of packaging we use and increasingly turning to more environmentally friendly solutions. Today, over 45% of our packaging material consists of recycled polyethylene.
Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. Repeat. / We are committed to reuse and efficiency. About 35–40% of our shipments are made in reused boxes, which are marked with our “Reuse” sticker. We are also working to have goods pre-packaged at our suppliers’ facilities so that we can ship them directly to our customers without additional repackaging.
OUR PRODUCTION
Fashion is made for people—but just as important are the people who make fashion for LERROS. That’s why we select our manufacturers based on clear guidelines and personally verify compliance on-site.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We place great importance on fair working conditions and humane employment practices at our production facilities. Through close collaboration with our partners, we ensure that workers’ rights are respected and that fair wages are paid.
GIVING BACK
LERROS is committed to building schools in Bangladesh to provide children with access to education and to bring about lasting improvements in local living conditions.
SUPPORT FOR EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS
We support social projects and initiatives that have a positive impact on our communities and help improve the quality of life.
TRANSPARENCY
With retraced.com, we offer full transparency throughout our entire supply chain. Customers can track the journey of our products from raw materials to the finished garment and learn about our social and environmental standards.
to retraced.com
LERROS offers fashion that combines quality, style, and a distinctive signature. But above all, it embodies a clear commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
You should feel comfortable wearing LERROS clothing. Part of what makes you feel this way is that we continuously test our products to ensure they are free of harmful substances and comply with limits on chemical substances. Our Restricted Substances List (RSL) sets out clear guidelines and rules, which are also incorporated into the contracts with our manufacturing partners.
